1. Welcome & Basic Info:

1. Coaching Duties:
   1. Carpenter-Sprints, Hurdles & Relays
   2. Upshaw-Weight Training, Throws & Jumps
   3. Young-Distance and Middle Distance
   4. Sewell-Distance and Middle Distance
2. Paperwork- All digital now. Must be done before coming to practice

3. Schedule:
   1. Need for FAT & marks early to qualify for meets later in the year – Hardin Valley, Tri-Cities & Volunteer Track Classic
   2. Spring Break Meets (3/30-4/8) – 1 meet (Tri-Cities- 3/30 & 3/31) (We will be going to Johnson City for the Tri-Cities Track Classic during the first part of spring break. We will also practice during spring break)
   3. Showcase Meets: Most all Weekend Meets

1. Budget for season:

1. $100 participation fee per athlete (Meet Fees, Team supplies, training tools, equipment, travel expense Yoga, etc.) (please pay, we can no operate without it)

2. Fund Raisers:  Banner sponsors for State Champ sign, Elementary School Meet, Hosted HS meets. (Let Tony or myself know if you are interested. Great way to advertise your business!)
3. Sportswear: All online: Adidas Sportswear, through The Athletic Shop in Red Bank. Deeply discounted, no added profit, quick turnaround

1. Clean Up Day Saturday, 2/10 @ 10am (We need everyone’s help to get this done bring your favorite yard tool!)

1. Blowers, Weed Eaters and mechanical edger
2. shovel dirt from fence line pressure wash track (big task: Shovels and wheel barrows)
3. Take out trash, clean RR, clean concessions, clean and hang state signs

2. Volunteer Committee:

1. Home Track Meet Volunteer opportunities:  concession, Gate collection, bathroom stocking & clean up, trash pick-up, field events (raking pit, setting up high jump bar, hurdle crew, retrieving shot/discus, etc.)
2. Photographer(s)- Save pictures and be upload to Google Drive at the end of the year. Videos too!
