1. Welcome & Basic Info:

   1. Carpenter-Sprints, Hurdles & Relays
   2. Upshaw-Weight Training, Throws & Jumps
   3. Young-Distance and Middle Distance
   4. Carter-Distance and Middle Distance
2. Paperwork- All digital now. Must be done before coming to practice

3. Need for FAT marks early to qualify for meets later in the year – CCS & McCallie
4. Spring Break Meets – None this year! (3/17 through 3/24)
5. Eastern Relay- Showcase meet of the year, Everyone can compete: Invite and open events

 

1. Budget for season:

1. $100 participation fee per athlete (Meet Fees, Team supplies, training tools, equipment, travel expense Yoga, etc.)

   2. Must pay in order to receive uniform
2. Fund Raisers:  Banner sponsors for State Champ sign, Elementary School Meet, & private donations
3. Sportswear:
   1. All online: Adidas Sportswear, through The Athletic Shop in Red Bank. Deeply discounted, no added profit, quick turnaround

 

1. Clean Up Day Sunday 2/26 @ 2pm

1. Blowers
2. Weed Eaters and mechanical edger
3. Equipment moved from shed by softball field (if you have a truck please bring it)
4. Shovels for fence line by finish line

1. Volunteer Committee:

1. Home Track Meet Volunteer opportunities:  concession, score table, bathroom stocking & clean up, trash pick-up, field events (raking pit, setting up high jump bar, retrieving shot/discus, etc.)

3. Photographer(s)- Save pictures and be upload to Google Drive at the end of the year. Videos too!
