Red and Black Group schedules
Here are the black and red group training schedules. Black is for all new runners. Red is for experienced runners, who have run cross country before and are a sophomore or higher.
ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A NEW TSSAA SPORTS PHYSICAL, SIGNED CONCUSSION FORM, AND SIGNED CONSENT FORM BEFORE COMING TO PRACTICE. (The consent form is part of the physical form.) HERE ARE THE 3 FORMS:

Bryan Cross Country Camp July 27 - 30
The Bryan Cross Country Camp is back of for 2015. We are making this our team camp. With a cost of only $325. Camp is great way to end summer base training and transition to the harder workouts that will come in August. Here are some useful links for the camp and how to register.

Double day runs: Run at Baylor and Greenway
If you're like any high school athlete, running twice in one day sounds crazy, but it's not. It's a way to put in some more mileage without morning runs being so long. With that being said. UTC puts on a FREE evening group run Mondays and Wednesdays in June and July. Check out their flyer here:
